do not want.

today is the first training day where i really don't feel like running. it's not that i'm hurting, i just feel kind of lazy. so while i originally was going to crow about running 3.45 miles yesterday in 27:29 (7:58), now i think that's part of why i don't feel like it. also, i didn't cross train until monday, when i swam at lunch, so today will be my third day in a row.

do not overtrain, kids. looks like i will have to take it easy tonight and tomorrow, or my 10 mile run saturday will be full of fail.
