10 miles. 93 minutes.

i cut a minute (!) off my first ten mile time. i took energy beforehand, and that seems to make all the difference. i felt great the whole way; i felt strong, and i felt comfortable. and i wasn't worn out at the end. my legs feel great.

i am taking bagels to work tomorrow morning. i think i will eat two. and it's birthday cake day. and it's jeans day.
